For one week a month during the school year, the Monterey Jazz Festival sends top professional musicians and vocalists to work with students in classrooms throughout Monterey County, helping them develop their jazz skills. The clinicians recognize the area’s top players with a place in the Monterey County High School All-Star Band, MJF’s High School Honor Vocal Jazz Ensemble, and our Middle School Honor Band. Thanks to the Harden Foundation for their support of our Latin Jazz and Traveling Clinicians Programs!
