its inaugural event in 1958 with
a legendary weekend-long celebration,
the Monterey Jazz Festival has
always been seen as a 3-day jazz
party. At this year's MJF, fans
can ramp up the celebration significantly
in their own private, VIP Chalet,
located right in the center of
all the MJF action. The MJF's new
VIP Hospitality Chalet Packages
feature fully furnished, top quality,
chalet style tents, with chairs,
tables, linens, decor, plants,
heating, and lighting included.
Chalet guests will be provided
with VIP Grounds Tickets, allowing
access to 8 stages of nonstop jazz
entertainment and 2 additional
venues simulcasting Arena concerts,
plus all the food, fun, and festivities
offered throughout the Festival's
magnificent 20-acre forested Fairgrounds
site from September 19 - 21, 2008.

Two VIP Hospitality Chalet
Packages are available: The Deluxe
Chalet Package for
up to 25 guests will serve
up a true Monterey Jazz Festival
experience, including tickets
good for food from over 50
on-site vendors, and tickets
good for beverages from 7 on-site
bars. The Premium Chalet
Package for up to
50 guests will include a private,
catered buffet and no-host
bar. |
Both
the Deluxe and Premium Chalet
Packages will be available for
Friday night, Saturday afternoon,
Saturday night, Sunday afternoon,
and Sunday night; or all weekend
long. Pricing starts at only $160
per person, and includes all MJF
Grounds entertainment and Arena
simulcasts, all Chalet decor and
furnishings, special ticket handling,
food, and beverages.
