created a brand new area to celebrate our golden anniversary
and named it Lyons Lane in honor of our founder, Jimmy
Lyons.
As you stroll down the Lane at MJF/50, you’ll
relive our history, with the images, the stories, and
the music that have helped make Monterey what it is today.
At the end of Lyons Lane, you’ll discover a brand
new MJF venue, Lyons Lounge, established in honor of
our 50th and dedicated to our future.
Welcome to Lyons Lounge,
the hot new MJF
venue where DJ Logic and Vinnie Esparza
will spin jazz, remix, hip-hop, and dance discs
from sundown to midnight. Plan on joining your friends
in this ultra-hip club for jazzy drinks,
hot music, and cool surroundings nightly throughout the
Festival weekend.
