Next Generation Jazz Orchestra on Tour!

Starting July 21, the Monterey Jazz Festival’s national all-star student group, the Next Generation Jazz Orchestra, will be on tour! Making only two appearances in the United States before they travel to Japan for the first time in nearly a decade, the Next Generation Jazz Orchestra will appear at the Carmel High School Center for the Performing Arts (Highway 1 and Ocean Ave) in Carmel, on Saturday, July 21 at 6:00 PM; and at Yoshi’s San Francisco on July 22 at 8:00 PM. Both shows are $10, and tickets are available at the door!


Monterey County High School Honor Groups Performing in August!

Back from their successful tour on British Columbia and Seattle, the Monterey County High School All-Star Band and Vocal Honor Jazz Ensemble will be making Bay Area appearances this summer!

Catch them August 11 at the San Jose Jazz Festival; August 22 at Jazz on the Plazz in Los Gatos; and August 24 at the Sand City West End Celebration!
