tumultuous beats and bright lyricism…” Catch him
with his Trio, and twice with his “Experiment” featuring
guitarist Lionel Loueke and vocalist Bilal.

Day at the Monterey Jazz Festival, so bring

Zoo, where kids can play real instruments, the Percussion
Playshop, where kids play percussion and lead
a percussion parade, the Jazzy Jumper, (a
bouncy castle for the younger set), and special
performances by ZunZun and
the Chase Morrin Group in the Coffee
House, Mamadou & Vanessa on
the West Lawn, plus the Country's
Best Young Jazz Musicians selected at the Next Generation Jazz Festival!
Families can also take advantage of the 4-ticket Family
Discount Package includes two Adult
and two Youth (Ages 2 - 18) Grounds Stage Tickets to
the 2011 Monterey Jazz Festival. Families have access
to 7 general admission Grounds Stages and all Grounds
activities. Kids under 2 are free! Plus, the Family can

Create an unforgettable Monterey experience
by staying on the Fairgrounds in your own
RV for the Jazz Festival Weekend, a substantial savings from
staying at a hotel! Three or 4-night stays are available
in a location behind the Arena – close to all the music,
all the food, all the excitement! Spaces have electricity,
water, and sewer available. RVs over 38’ must be self-contained.

Monterey. The evening includes a cocktail reception, silent
auction, dinner and entertainment featuring the Grammy-winning
pianist, Hiromi, and special guests, Clint
and Dina Eastwood. Seating is still available for this
